I bought a book to deliver in Germany and final price was supposed to include shipping but when the book arrived I discover that for some reason it crosses Spain, was checked by German customs not fulfilling the conditions laid down in the articles 28 and 29 of the Treaty of the functioning of the European Union and I had to pay extra 7,20 euros.

Lufthansa has become a terrible carrier. I had alway delays or flights rescheduled in my last experiences, till last time when the flight has been canceled and I had to wait one day, change airport and add a stop for a flight from Milan to Frankfurt.

The company has become so bad lately. Very expensive price for very poor service. My flight from Frankfurt to Rome had 2 hours delay and flight back 20 minutes.
That is not reasonable for a company which used to have good reputation.

Worst company. We had no luggage but check in online was not possible so we had to wait at the line just for the boarding cards.
Probably the first time I found a company with no check in online.
Never again.

To avoid absolutely. They claimed that the sender (my sister) did not put my phone number, but she did. I am quite sure that they do not even tried to call me cause they saw a German number. So they emailed me to pick up the box in the office in Marsala and when I went there (driving 1 hour from my vacation place ) I discovered that the courier still had my box and I just wasted some time. Use every other company, but avoid them. You will be rewarded.

Una vergogna sotto ogni punto di vista. Poche ore prima delle 21.30, orario di partenza previsto del traghetto Genova-Palermo, arriva un messaggio che annuncia che l'imbarco è ritardato alle 22.45, senza spiegazioni. In realtà la nave è partita alle 12.35 per arrivare con quasi 2 ore di ritardo a Palermo. Il personale addetto all'imbarco della macchina era completamente inutile, limitandosi a restare fermo nonostante gli evidenti disagi o a mulinare le braccia senza senso. A bordo i bagni e l'igiene in generale erano vergognose. Pochissimi tra personale e passeggeri portavano la mascherina e al momento dello sbarco i passeggeri sono stati ammassati assieme, in barba al distanziamento sociale. Viaggiate con qualunque vettore, ma non con questa compagnia.
