I had a great shopping experience with the Antique Jewellery Company. Having originally enquired about the weight of a bracelet I was interested in I received a lovely email with the information I'd requested and more pictures/videos. I missed out on that bracelet but found another one a couple of weeks later which I did purchase, and which was delivered securely the day after ordering. I particularly love this company because of the videos they upload showing the jewellery on a real person - I found it so helpful to see the bracelet on someone's wrist to get a good idea of size and what it looks like when worn. I couldn’t be happier with my bracelet, it’s beautiful and I wear it every day. I can’t recommend the AJC highly enough and would certainly purchase from them again. I’m a very, very happy customer!

I wish I’d experienced the kind of service mentioned in the 5-star reviews; my experience was so poor that I’m sorry to be giving one star. I ordered two lamp bases only to find out two weeks later, when I contacted them to chase my order, that not only were they not in stock, but they were also no longer being manufactured. I asked for a refund on 29th October and was told it would take 10-14 days for the money to appear in my account. I was still waiting for my refund on 18th November and so had to contact them again (the money was then refunded immediately). No apology was forthcoming; in fact, there has been a complete lack of customer service overall. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I'm really pleased with my sunglasses (I bought two pairs); they are good quality, well made and stylish, and they come in a slip case with a cloth in a lovely branded box (delivery was super fast too). I was lucky enough to pick them up for half price but even at full price I think they are an absolute bargain. I would highly recommend them and am very happy with my purchases.
