I ordered the wrong level books for my boys so l contacted customer service team and they were extremely prompted with their reply, dealt with the refund instantly and guided me through to return the item.
I was unable to exchange my item but l think it would have taken long anyway. I would buy from them again.

Easy and straightforward to use. All company should use this. Save everyone from queuing.

My family and I, had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. That place is child friendly to the max. A bit pricey when you have 4 kids with you and have to entertain them everyday. I think they should have a reduction deal for the activities.
Be ready to be adventurous, because the map of the place is not really helpful to use to find different caravan on site. However, you get the way round after a little while.
I will surely recommend that place for peace,holidays etc...

I have been ordering labels for the past 3 years and l am always satisfy with the service. One of mine was wrong this time. Nevertheless it was corrected pretty quickly. So l would suggest it to several friends with children👍🏿
