Good condition, books arrive promptly. Some have arrived in paper wrappings. You’d get 5 stars if you give up plastic!

4 rather than 5 stars because one book in my recent order was very old and tatty! I bought when you’d buy 3 and get a fourth free. I know which one was the Fred book!!!!
Usually I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the books and the delivery times. I appreciate Kate the latter is outside WOB’s control but it’s always been good.

I really I filled myself this qi yet and bought a range of soaps - some old favourites but also some new ones to try.
Always beautifully presented, the boxed soaps make lovely presents. I opt for the tissue wrapped soaps for me where possible as this reduces the price and the recycling. A good move on the company's part.
My only criticism is that the vegan soaps can be a little slimy when first used.

Books arrived within a week. All in very good condition. Always pleased with quality and timeliness of this company.

I would have given 4 stars but after 3 stars it jumped to great which they weren't. 3 arrived together in a thin plastic bag which had split. The books were ok although one a little grubby is how I would describe it. The 4th book arrived separately 2 days later which is fine. That one was very old but ok. I have had second hand books in better condition to be honest but these were acceptable and the service prompt
