Package delivered after 7 days
I ordered a tea on 9th July and paid £3 for delivery cost but I still haven’t received my product. It’s 16th today, almost a week. I could have ordered this from Amazon, a lot cheaper and quicker service.
Edit: I would like to add that I received my parcel later in a day on 16th.

I can see that your parcel was delivered shortly after you placed your review, and 7 days after your order. As noted during our correspondence, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. We are a small tea business and simply can't compete with Amazon when it comes to delivery speed.
We did provide you with the tracking number after you placed your order and also provided you an email update following your message 2 days later. As noted during our email, and on our Delivery Details page, we ask customers to allow for a wait of up to 7 days just in case there are any delays with the courier, as was the case in this instance.
I am sorry you did not have the best experience, but I can assure you that we ship all parcels quickly and aim to provide the best possible experience to all of our customers.

Shelgo teas are very high quality herb…
Shelgo teas are very high quality herb teas - I highly recommend the Greek mint tea it tastes as though it has been freshly picked from the mountain and has a very unique taste - particularly good for lovers of mint teas.

Far and away my new favourite tea
I recently ordered over 15 different teas from various companies (mostly sample size) on a journey to determine my staple teas I want to keep at home. The only tea I ordered from Shelgo was the CatNap but I'm SO glad I did!!! I've now tried all but 2 of the teas I ordered and CatNap is my favourite by far. The flavours are lovely and well balanced, and it's just the most comforting cup to have in the afternoon and into the evening. I will definitely be back for more CatNap and Shelgo teas!

I am really sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, a very small number of parcels are lost by the delivery company (Hermes). I can see that yours was ordered on the 25th, shipped on the 26th, and has been marked as collected since the 28th. It has not been updated by the courier since then.
I will report it as lost and ensure you get a refund immediately.
I will send you a tracking number for further validation.
We ask that all customers email us to let us know if they have not received their parcels, as we have no way of knowing in advance.

A phenomenal brand and the tea is delicious!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars but 5 will have to do! I've tried six of the tea's in the Shelgo Tea range so far, and I'm in love with all of them. I find the website to be an amazing resource, full of a wealth of information on the benefits and health properties of each tea. Now that I've found this wonderful company, I'll be ordering from them on a regular basis. The tea is high quality and has been sourced responsibly, it's free from pesticides, and I appreciate and respect how transparent this brand is about their processes. I can't recommend highly enough :)

Our order packaging is 100% recyclable and except for a small plastic seal on the flagship product bags, and the sticky labels, our product packaging is recyclable as well.
However, we were caught short last week when our usual packaging supplier delayed and then lost a shipment. As a result, a day's worth of orders were shipped using standard mailing bags bought at the last minute, and all other orders were delayed. I'm assuming your order was one of the ones shipped in a standard bag, and can only apologise for this.
I hope this doesn't stop you from ordering in the future and I am now happy to say that we have 2 backup suppliers on standby and enough stock to prevent any repeat issues in the future!
