I ordered some wool from them. I paid £3.99 for delivery. However it’s been more than 16 days and I haven’t received anything yet. I tried to contact them about it but I haven’t been updated yet. I will never be ordering from this website again.

I ordered a tea on 9th July and paid £3 for delivery cost but I still haven’t received my product. It’s 16th today, almost a week. I could have ordered this from Amazon, a lot cheaper and quicker service. Edit: I would like to add that I received my parcel later in a day on 16th.

I can see that your parcel was delivered shortly after you placed your review, and 7 days after your order. As noted during our correspondence, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. We are a small tea business and simply can't compete with Amazon when it comes to delivery speed.
We did provide you with the tracking number after you placed your order and also provided you an email update following your message 2 days later. As noted during our email, and on our Delivery Details page, we ask customers to allow for a wait of up to 7 days just in case there are any delays with the courier, as was the case in this instance.
I am sorry you did not have the best experience, but I can assure you that we ship all parcels quickly and aim to provide the best possible experience to all of our customers.
Do not waste your money, I bought a coffee mug for sole purposes of it to be leak proof and my morning tea to stay warm. I was extremely disappointed when I saw it all leaked in my bag, everything was ruined. It leaked all over my bag. Hot liquid stays warm (not hot) only for 2 -3 hours. Besides the paint from also scratched from the bottle the very first day, the worst bottle I have ever purchased. I could have gotten a better product in a high street shop way cheaper than this.

I regret making an online order from JD. I made an online purchase almost 2 months ago and returned some of the items. However, I have never received any confirmation of the return and no money has been refunded. Customer service has been extremely poor. I have been trying to reach desperately via online message form multiple times but I never received any reply whatsoever. I tried to make multiple calls but my issue was never resolved. Never making a mistake of buying from them again.

I order a grande matcha latte and literally got a half cup. It's like i paid almost £5 for few sips only. The only thing I like there and it's so off putting. Like i order grande for a reason. I would have otherwise ordered tall. Such a waste of money. Never going again
