Product was great as always but they…

Product was great as always but they missed off the first line of the address on the parcel, so the parcel that should have been delivered on Monday finally made it on Friday when we had figured out why the delivery company was sending pictures of the street 🤦‍♀️

Mostly good 😊

Found the process of finding the correct product a little frustrating as the large pano I ordered in the end didn’t come up straight away in the search box and took some finding.
Reloading pics each time I change my mind wasn’t great either but once done the gift receiver was very happy with them.
They have more variety of products than other sites I looked at 👍🏻
Used them twice now and will again. Arrived earlier than originally stated.
Need a box to pop up to ask which address/ confirm address as I missed the tiny box to click to change it , so ordered to wrong address, had to cancel and reorder to correct one.
Mostly very pleased.

Review of Shelgo Tea

They were very swift in mailing my tea

They were very swift in mailing my tea, I bought the peppermint and wild mint, unfortunately one of my peppermint bags had a snail shell in it.
I was looking for a strong mint and neither of the two were strong enough for me, other people may find them with plenty of flavour, but I only have half my taste buds. The experience was just fine but just not what I was looking for in flavour.

Hey Rae,

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that your experience was not as expected.

All of our teas are organic, or wild picked, which means no pesticides are sprayed onto the plants or ground during cultivation. On very rare occasions, small snail shells remaining on the leaves are inadvertently harvested with the plant, and slip through the net when the teas are chopped and sifted prior to packaging.

The only way to negate this occurrence is to use pesticides, or heavily process the teas, which goes against our ethos. Rest assured this is a rare issue, and we would love if you gave our teas a chance in the future.

We would definitely recommend using a larger amount of tea to enhance the flavour, especially with wild mint, as it is not finely chopped. The wild mint in particular can offer a really strong flavour.

Regards,

Susan
