I don’t know what is going on with them. They tell you they can’t deliver when it’s been delivered, or they give you another date and it doesn’t arrive.
Fed up with hearing delays because of Covid.
They did so well during last years lockdown and until recently .
When I hear that Hermes are delivering I wince.
The drivers however are very cheerful and respectful.

Difficult to make payments and get a proper response. Had so many attempts it locked me out.
Took 3 days to sort.
I had to bear my soul and tell them I am disabled and needed proper help as was worried I would be charged late payment. I wanted to clear my small account.
I will never ever use this system again. Or recommend it.

Great choice of amazing seeds, bought some interesting ones for a change for next year. Prompt well and ethically packaged delivery. Will continue to use Sutton’s as had problems with other companies in the past . Can’t wait to get back out in the Spring ! Planning already !

Beautiful bouquet from the standard range but still v high quality freshly sent.
Arrived at the time it said it would and lovely card written out for me.
Great value for money and extra special to have had the flowers delivered and not bought a major chain supermarket for a few pounds less. They loved the surprise.
