Really really bad experience with TalkTalk. When I tried to get help I would just get passed on from person to person. When they said they would call me back they didn't...

We have left them now and we are with Community Fibre, who were offering much faster internet for half the price. A no-brainer.

Two people helped install the new fibre optic broadband. Firstly I spoke to someone on the phone who was really polite and offered me a range of time slots - the first one being the following morning! Then, the first person came to install the hardware (afraid I don't know his name). There was a small problem so someone else needed to come and complete the installation - Chris arrived the following morning. He was very friendly, and in about an hour managed to get the WiFi up and running! Really pleased.

So far the internet seems loads better - much faster. I also feel like if there are any problems, I will actually get help, rather than passed on to different people/departments which is what happened with TalkTalk.
