Don’t do refunds and don’t know how to…

Don’t do refunds and don’t know how to do customer service. Guy was very condescending, suggesting I don’t know how to use my camera and that’s why I bought the wrong product that was recommended to me by them earlier.

Dear Customer, I have reviewed the CCTV from your visit today and can see that you purchased a tripod on 30th September which you requested a refund some 10 days on. Due to marks on this unit the sales person was unable to refund but what happy to give a full refund of £65 as a credit against anther product. I can also see that he was merely trying to ascertain what Lumix model you had as means of suggesting an alternative as you felt the tripod was not suitable for the camera you have?

Should you still wish to exchange this product for another tripod or item for your Lumix, we are still happy to assist
