Replied within half an hr of request and so polite and down to earth, appointment made within few days and even a home visit which was perfect especially as I'm A carer for hubby and look after him . So no inconvenience at all to our routine.

Great once made up, part was snapped in transit and soaking wet. I know its for outdoor, but couldn't it be in a warehouse until delivery so not half rotten before you get a chance to treat it. And not packed securely, just sparse clingfilm stuff, I know we are saving the planet but maybe an alternative if you are cutting back. 👌

These items are flat packed and banded so the drivers are able to easily manoeuvre the buildings during transit and delivery. These items are pre-treated to protect them during storage and transit process so it is not an issue for a customer if the item becomes wet prior to delivery. These then need re-treating once delivered. I am glad that you are happy with your shed overall and thank you for taking the time to leave us your positive feedback.
