I love Purdy & Figg's products

I love Purdy & Figg's products! The cleaning solutions truly do smell amazing and far better than any other cleaning solution I've purchased in the past. Whenever my husband comes into a room after I've used Purdy & Figg he says, "it smells amazing in here." But one of the main reasons I chose to buy from Purdy & Figg was the sustainability aspect - their glass spray bottles are great quality, so easy to fill, and their microfiber cloths are just the best quality. It really does make cleaning so much more enjoyable.

Best deodorant I've tried

I love my Fussy deodorant! It really works for me - better than any other deodorant I have ever used, whether natural or not. I also love the focus on sustainability and that the scents aren't overpowering. I consider myself relatively picky about scents but I have liked all of the scents I've tried - some more than others, but I haven't disliked any. So far I've tried Wavy Days, Tropic Tonic, Cloud Nine, Forest Haze, Night Tales, and Parma Violets. My favourite has been Wavy Days (smells nice and fresh) and my least favourite has been Parma Violets (it seems like a lot of people love this scent but for me it's a bit too sweet/too like a traditional powdery deodorant smell for me to want to buy again). I will definitely be a continuing customer and recommend Fussy!

Unreasonable returns and poor customer service

So disappointed in my experience with this company and will not shop again. Upon receiving an exchange, I submitted to return all of the items as none of them worked. One was even an incorrect item; another was a different colour of a shirt I had already bought but came in a completely different fabric (this wasn't specified on the site) and it was really uncomfortable. I submitted my return immediately but due to the current COVID situation it was a few weeks before I could actually send the items, but I returned them as soon as I could. My return arrived with S+S 45 days after the items were delivered to me. At no point during the returns process was it stated that I only had 14 days to actually return the items after submitting my return. I see now this is stated on their website but I didn't know at the time, otherwise I would have reached out to them. Because my return did not arrive with them just 14 days after I submitted for a return, they have only given me store credit and absolutely refuse to refund me. This is for an order worth £176 which is a huge amount and would make such a difference to my budget right now! I can guarantee I won't be shopping with them before this store credit expires because 1) I do not plan to purchase nor do I have a need for any more clothes and 2) I do not want to support the company after my customer service experience, so this is a £176 loss for me. I think it's so unreasonable not to provide me with a refund in the current situation, especially considering my order wasn't even correct. Every single other company I've done business with during this period has been so flexible. I'm so disappointed. I will not be shopping with this company again.

We confirm our returns information is listed on our site under 'Customer Care' and our customers when placing their order with us agree they have read and understand these terms with us.

We give our customers 14 days to request their return with us online and another 14 days to send this back. If more time is needed we ask our customer to reach out to us before this time has expired.

Sadly, if our team was not notified we are only able to proceed with a store credit for a late return.

Review of Shelgo Tea

Far and away my new favourite tea

I recently ordered over 15 different teas from various companies (mostly sample size) on a journey to determine my staple teas I want to keep at home. The only tea I ordered from Shelgo was the CatNap but I'm SO glad I did!!! I've now tried all but 2 of the teas I ordered and CatNap is my favourite by far. The flavours are lovely and well balanced, and it's just the most comforting cup to have in the afternoon and into the evening. I will definitely be back for more CatNap and Shelgo teas!
