I ordered a toy from this website because I wrongly assumed they were a (small) UK-based business. First I got a shipping confirmation email, then a message informing me that delivery would take a little longer than usual. Then I checked TrustPilot and saw all the negative reviews. While I don't have an issue with goods being made in and shipped from China – after all, so many products are manufactured there these days – I do have a problem with a company/website that pretends to be something/someone they're not. A bit of digging online revealed all kinds of oddities. Anyway: it did take about two weeks plus for the toy to arrive. It is working and seems fun enough, but it is clearly also cheaply made (i.e. not the quality product advertised on the website). Only time will tell how long it lasts. I could have ordered a similar product off Amazon and probably paid a wee bit less for it. I would definitely not order from this company again, and, like others have, I would advise caution.

The first delivery I placed with NITDH arrived quite late, but the contents were fine so I thought I'd give them another go. Unfortunately, the second time around, nothing happened for quite a while after I placed the order. I then contacted them; they claimed the order had been shipped and that I would receive tracking details soon. When that didn't happen, I contacted them again asking for an update – and have been ghosted by them ever since. After reading all the recent negative reviews here, I decided not to wait any longer but to try and recover the money paid to them through my bank. Luckily, I had used my credit card for the order. I hope I'll be able to retrieve the funds.

Fantastic tea! It's pricey, yes, but worth it!
