Good quality tea and prompt delivery

Prompt service and beautifully presented.

Kensington Tea did it yet again for me. My usual order being out of stock, I called - was called back on a mobile, - 'we do have some stock' - placed order - my tea arrived next day as usual. Its hard to say what is best; the wonderful choices that are unique to Kensngton Tea, or the ongoing outstanding service.

I have been ordering from Kensington Tea Company for many years and although I have no complaints about their products, I do have with the fact they are still sending the products through the 'Post Office as I have still not received my order to date. I do wish they would find an alternative courier.

I'm a long-time returning customer at this point. The service is excellent, as always. The teas are of premium quality. I ordered smaller packages of green and white teas. We tried mulled wine green tea for the first time, which was terrific. The delivery was super fast - we live in the Highlands! Highly recommend!

Service is always great - super-fast delivery, the teas are reliably excellent, always, beautifully packaged and a sample of something new to try. A minor irritation is that my regular purchase is £1 less than the 'free delivery' amount of £30, so I have to add in something small to qualify. But this is a tiny thing - I wouldnt think of trying anywhere else. Ive been buying from Kensington for many years and the experience has always been superb.

The delivery was quick. The green tea is delicious. I particularly like the paper packaging and i appreciated the explanation about the tea and how to make it properly. It looked as if care had been taken to allow me to enjoy the tea at its best. I also purchased a tea infuser which is brilliant , very handy.
