I couldn't find an account under the exact name you used here, but I believe I've tracked down the one this is about, and if that's the case, the account was verified and paid within a day...

It's not a matter of us asking for "more documents to avoid paying". The issue was simply that the initial document sent wasn't correct, which was explained clearly over both email and a phone call. As soon as the right one came through, verification was completed and the payout was processed straight away.

I understand that verification can be frustrating, but it's not something we do to delay or withhold winnings, it's just part of staying compliant and making sure everything checks out properly.

RTP is calculated on a huge sample size, we're talking trillions of spins to calculate the RTP. It's not a guarantee of how much you as an individual will win or lose in a single session.
If you expect to see a bonus within 10 spins or less, you are setting yourself up for constant disappointment.

Out of the 84 games you played, you gave only three of them anything close to a fair session, and you actually saw wins on them as well (some games you even profited from).
