Revolut dont seem to allow you to close your account within the app, perhaps they want to keep as many accounts on the books for a future floatation and maximise returns.
There is a close account button but when you press it then says you have to close your vaults first when you press that nothing happens?
Unlike a normal bank where you can call and speak to someone or chat online Revolut do not offer this so you end up going around in circles and giving up, very poor!

I have been told I cannot close my account until I take a pic of myself holding my ID, more hoops to jump and stalling tactics to stop people closing accounts, unbelievable .

Review of Krystal Hosting
Poor, we recently tried to migrate to Krystal having been with them before and thought we would give them another chance.
One of our sites went down so I sent a Critical Priority High ticket which was ignored for hours.
I have reason to believe Krystal have taken on new business from other hosting providers and are inundated with migration requests and don't have the staff do deal with everything, Krystal were a great small friendly company with great support and now perhaps getting too big in the pursuit of greater financial reward and just becoming another one of the big players meaning customers become less of a priority, I will watch the reviews over the next few days.

Fragmented company all over the place jumping through hoops to get things done and support such a terrible experience and the chat is poor also, don't bother look elsewhere.
Multiple portals meaning you have to get the right one every time and nobody is there to help as you are not allowed to call them which is ironic from a company that is supposed to be a telephone company!

Trustpilot got in touch asking to confirm I was a customer or my negative review would not be shown which I have proven however Vonage choose to disrespect my review and say that I do not exist, the process to prove poor reviews must put a lot of people off and therefore many negative reviews of VONAGE do not actually get shown. I have never been asked to prove I was a customer of any positive reviews I have written (funny that) also if you look closely as Vonage positive reviews they are submitted by people who have only made 1 review and many with non common UK names, funny that?
