See everyone this is how this company treats u. Because my passport ran out in Jan and I'm not going away I'm not going to spend £80 renewing it to claim £10 that is rightly mine. And I don't have a birth certificate so not gonna spend £15 to get that to claim £10. They shouldn't take peoples money until checks are done and they are not allowed according to gambling commission to ask for this once a withdrawal claim has been put in. When had time before to ask for it which they had a month so they have broken the rules and In process of taking this all to gambling commission. And let them deal with it.
All they have to do is give me the £10 and I'll drop all this and leave a good review

Only recently joined. I spoke to Kevin on the chat who was very helpful explaining how the bonus worked. I was lucky enough to win a few pound with my first bet and the withdrawal was fast in my bank within a few hours. They have asked a bank statement with my full name on, I have spoken to my bank , they don't do full name on bank statement for their reason, now only initial with surname on the statement . The quickbet company use it as an excuse not to pay my withdrawal, now it is after two months, the money is still not coming. Another Dishonest Bookie that will not process Withdrawls, but have no issue taking a deposit.
Deposited money. Straight away they requested verficiation. I allowed them access to my bank account as I have nothing to hide.
However, I was lucky and won a great amount of money. I did not deposit a large amount of money. When I look to make a withdrawl, they start asking more personal question, which is not fair. I hate these gambling companies and the fact they are allowed to do so, wont pay out.
- A bank statement showing the deposits you made to our casino. Then requesting 6 months worth of bank statements. Why I have shared my passport and access to my bank account.
Then they wanted more information about some payments I have received. Once again this is not their business. One should not have to explain their income to a betting company. Finally they wanted to see my tax returns.
This is all over a £500 deposit and again these were not triggered straight away. Its only when I wanted to make a withdrawl.

A bit dramatic, but let’s clear this up. We asked for basic KYC to make sure the name on your account matches your documents (you signed up with 2 names). Standard stuff, every licensed casino does it.
Strangely enough, when we asked for verification of the actual PayPal account you used to deposit, you kept sending documents for an old account and refused to send the one linked to your gameplay. Hmm… that does smell a bit fishy, doesn’t it?
