Appreciate the feedback, glad to hear the site itself is working well for you.
In terms of in-play betting, odds do shift or become temporarily unavailable based on real-time match events.. That's standard, but I get that it can be frustrating when you're trying to place a bet mid-game.
As for withdrawals, you're right, we only allow one withdrawal at a time; however, there are always tools available to help you protect your balance while you wait for the withdrawal to go through, which is usually done within a couple of hours.

Make sure you take a screenshot of any promotions they offer. Offer 10% free bet on in play losses then decided to take it away after making multiple bets. Unhelpful chat trying to resolve the query

The company stole money from me by settling my winning bet as a loss. I asked for proof it lost and all they could send is a screenshot showing me my bet won’t and the picture wasn’t correct. Avoid this scamming company.
