So far so good

I opened an account as I was impressed by the responses on Trustpilot reviews
1k deposited -no issues

Small profit and money withdrawn as a test. That worked fine. So i deposited again a few hours later. Once again I was lucky. Money withdrawn -but this time it is “pending “.

I’m holding fire at the moment and will wait and see if I ever receive my money. No bonus received for opening the account. That’s fair enough. I think it was supposed to be £10. So I’m not crying about that.

I will update to let people know what happens.

The majority of our withdrawals are processed instantly by our automated system, but once in a while one will be randomly stopped for a manual check. When that happens, we work to get it processed as quickly as possible. I'm glad to see that was the case for you.

I am pretty happy with this site

I am pretty happy with this site. Regular bonuses. No price boosts. Rarely the best antepost bets. Deposits and withdrawals are straightforward and timely.

No live stream. BOG is erratic. No live chat or person to ring-email response only.

Seems honest
Deposits and withdrawals are fine
I had a query about a missing withdrawal which was answered quickly and politely
The withdrawal process is confusing as you may end up transferring funds to “wallet”

Positives

UK races are BOG
You won’t lose much as bets are heavily restricted
Free bets honoured with no nonsense
Nice stats graph
You can copy someone else’s bet— I haven’t bothered with that option.

Negatives

Bets are often refused
There is no message to tell you this
If you place £20 on a horse it may well be rejected. I get accepted around £5 mark
A message sometimes appears “bet not placed-insufficient funds”
Double check. The bet usually has been accepted
Betting in running. Avoid this market. If you bet at a price they will happily match you at a new market price. You place a bet at 6/4 and they may well match you at 1/5 with no opportunity to decline it.

No forecast or Tricast market

Double check all your bets to see if they have been placed

Professional

I highly recommend. BOG-but only after 9am. Quick repayment-a couple of hours. Free £5 bet each week No bet restrictions.

Sadly they closed me down as I was unwilling to send them private information about my bank. Apparently some people do send very private information to bookies-more fool them!

The free spins have gone. You are duped into playing a game you had no interest in. Almost certainly you will lose. The offer is disingenuous. Avoid this site.

Trustoworthy?

Julian Howells

I am upgrading my review. It was frustrating that they suspended trading on GameStop meaning I could not short my position and reduce my losses.
Its a pity because the overall experience is of a trustworthy and reliable operator. The withdrawal process has been quick and hassle free. They responded to my neagtive review--which was really impressive.
I will continue using this site. They have my trust.

Scam or not?…

This is the worst customer experience I have had from any company at any time. I deposited money. After sustaining losses I decided to cut and run. 3 weeks on they refuse to honour my withdrawal. They have offered no explanation. I have jumped through all the verification requests. There is no phone number to ring. I have used the chat every day for the past week--so they have now suspended my account.
I'm not sure they are a real company. I think I have been a victim of a scam and would urge great caution in using this site. Take your money elsewhere. They are either a scam company or grossly inept.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Took me 2 hours to log in. Trades kept getting blocked and markets suspended. They should hang their heads in shame.
