Awful gameplay .Took all my deposits without a single decent win returned or bonuses landed .absouloutely shocking
This site needs investigating for how ridiculously poor the win /loss ratio is .

One of the worst experiences ever avoid at all costs. I was allowed to deposit and soon as I wanted too withdraw. I could not because you need photo id to verify account. and if there was any other way for verification it would not be an issue . Was really good first few times I played now its just money hungry and takes all your money and gives nothing decent in return and bonuses are constantly spun out .you can expect this too happen every so often its way more than that. I have ever had .I won over 300 pound except couldn't cash it out surprise surprise....stupid verification for id documents does not work and is useless .tried getting help was useless with any help whats so ever. just kept sending me the same stupid auto message .I had no choice but to play because it would not let me cash out a penny of my winnings .Then they robbed me blind .when I had already stated. Shocking site .did not pay out my winning .I have had to wait over a week to recieve nothing .avoid at all costs. I have emailed on several occasions and each one been ignored without resolving the situation. I will never play this site again.
