ShocKing company , live roulette totally not right ..... 11 7 5 4 13 0 16 16 5 and before that I've no idea. Probably 1 2 3 4 with people betting middle high, closing my account.. is there no fair casinos out there now other than KWIFF and MR q and I'm not just saying that because that's where I win ..... bet 365 gave me 10k coral 2k from starting point of 10 free spins .... infact on mrq I'm down thousands but still feel its fair .

You do know that we're only the host of the games, right? They're provided by independent game providers. The exact same live roulette table you played on is available across all the casinos you mentioned. Aame dealer, same game, same results.

Now, about your "unfair" claim, you're right in one sense: gambling isn't fair. The odds are never on your side, that's how it works everywhere, not just here.

What's a bit ironic, though, is that the games were actually being quite fair in your case. You had some great hits on Pirate Pays with your £0.80 stakes, playing your balance up from £40 to £607.03. That's quite a tidy profit, wouldn't you say? And considering your total deposits were £125, that's a nice overall return.

You decided to pay it all away on roulette. I am afraid that's on you, not us being unfair.

Might be a good time to take a proper break and rethink how you're playing, before blaming the wheel for turning the wrong way.

It's now been over a month now and still I have the tv that arrived broken screened boxed taking up space with totally no progress whatsoever, how hard is it to replace or refund. As far as there total no to me being compensated for nothing but hassle, at this point after all this mallarky I should be getting a refund and a replacement tv. And don't bother REPLYIN EE with your poxy phone numbers etc I've been through them all aswell as email addresses and what have you.

Ordered a tv online it came 2 days late, opened it and the screen was smashed, phoned got told it could only get dealt with by email, so I emailed no reply , emailed again was told to wait 2 working days weekends don't count, still no reply , put in a complain heard back fee days later that they would look into it, then I got an email saying refund or replace I opted for replace, ANOTHER few days later I was told it could only be a refund so accepted and asked how I would be compensated, ANOTHER few days later I get an email saying I won't be at all. ANOTHER few days later I get another email asking for serial number, checked the receipt..... sent it, ANOTHER few days an email arrives..... its not good enough I need to unwrap and unbox all the broken tv and send an actual photo.... this is as far as we have got.... I can only stress with what rubbish and even longer timescale this is going to take , it's as if they think if they take the piss out of me I will just keep a tv with a smashed screen......WELL THEY ARE WRONG

It just goes to show that your customer service is also bad rather than admit that its impossible to win on your site or tru to keep them happy 1 way or another you instead decide to try and belittle a customers honest review and try to tell them they have a problem.

ShocKing company, ordered 2 pick up and drop offs paid the 60 something pound , had no confirmation or pick up keeps coming up we are sorry but we can't produce your shipping document contact support. emailed them and they wanted proof of payment so did that and now nothing, finally just decided I want a refund a surprise surprise nothing.


Update : got emailed back saying I would get a refund but of course still waiting emailed about 5 times and got no reply .... SHOCKING
