SCAM OF THE YEAR!
Genuenly the biggest SCAM, do not trust these thieves.
They said they would like to buy my coat and offered me £330 for it, I sent it off to them and they turned and told me they changed their mind and don’t want it and in order to get it back charged me £20. They claimed it was on the website that I had to pay for it back, I showed them multiple screenshots and videos proving that nowhere on their site exclaimed that I would be charged. They told me “either way it is our policy, you must pay or we will dispose the item regardless of your situation”.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE AT ALL!

As a business, our reputation is built entirely on trust - we only ever deal in authentic items. When items fail authentication, we cannot purchase them under any circumstances. In these cases, as clearly outlined in our terms, we charge a return fee to cover the costs we incur (shipping labels, insurance, handling, and the authentication process itself). I recently sold 3 items to this company and received offers for them to a total of £130. I trusted to company’s expertise on the items resale value and that they had given a fair offer based on this so I accepted and sent the items in. I am a single parent and was selling these to get some extra money to help during the holidays. I was very disappointed to see that the company had then uploaded the items for sale for £280 more than they had paid me for them, I understand they need to make a profit and have overheads but had I of known this was the value I would not have accepted what they offered me!! I have emailed asking the process for valuation and offers to ensure they are fair but not had a response.
Just adding after label sources response which still is not good enough for the poor price they pay sellers. Yes we are not obliged to take the offers but as I previously stated I trusted your expertise on the value and did not expect you to list my items for £280 more than you paid, this is so grossly unfair and even after taking into account your overheads this policy is rubbish. The fact someone could buy my items then sell them back to you for 70% of what they paid for them means they will get far more than what you originally paid me!!! Makes no sense at all.

I’ve accepted the offer on a pair of my very old Balenciaga’s which I was going to give to charity, but I decided to give to Label Source. To buy.
On 18th of August, I accepted the offer.
By the 19th, I posted the item to them.
On the 20th, they reached it and they would authenticated. They said wait one working day to receive your payment. I have waited 48 hours and on top of that they want me to wait another 48 hours. So basically, I waited. Gonna be. 96 hours And still have not received my money from the company
I will not be using them again, and I will definitely be giving my designer links to charity.
