Second time and last time I’ll order from sorelle. Both times I’ve had complications. Ordered a 6 piece order which was £300 and kept two items. Ordered a black tutu like dress which when tried to wear on holiday the zip completely broke off. Got in contact with the company and numerous times keep being told I have to pay to send the dress back for repair because I have worn it when it is clear I have not had this dress on the zip is completely detached. Previous time ordering one item had a pre order date on and it went 3 weeks past that date so way out of when I needed my clothes and would not refund me until I received it and paid to send back. Ridiculous company to be honest for the prices they charge and quality of outfits once they arrive
