Terrible

Terrible! My delivery has been scheduled twice! And still yet to deliver! They keep saying it’s the size of the sofa! Absolute disgrace! I have to keep calling to know when to get delivered!

Not good customer service if you’re…

Not good customer service if you’re trying to sell your item. They don’t tell you the most updated terms and conditions. Any changes to the policy that they don’t do buyout and 30days to get items back if you’re not happy with the quote.It already takes 10days to get authenticate. The commission also is not good again they won’t explain to you until your items is with them already. Terrible service. Not selling to them anymore.

I have ordered three weeks ago! and it has not arrived. They are saying I still need to wait another week for them to raise this with hermes! absolute ridiculous!!!! Waste of money and time and they cant even refund me, when this order are no use to me anymore!!!! Never order from them again

Paid for premier delivery and the…

Paid for premier delivery and the delivery didn’t come. Spoke to several people online and 1 advised that I should re order so it will come next day. However I ordered with promo code and the guy said he will get me promo code for me to re order, so it will arrive for next day. But no promo code arrive and therefore can’t re order. This shouldn’t have happened if the original arrive next day. Very annoying when I need it for holiday!!!

Never book with them!

When it comes to refund or customer service they are the worse! I have been waiting for my refund for months and months they keeping telling me that it is in process Yet nothing!!! they give you false information and it is very annoying if you do not chase them, they will not give email or call you! They are so easy to take money but when it comes to giving your money back due to covid, they are not doing anything about it! disgrace of a company! I will never ever book with them!

YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE ABOUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING WITH MY REFUND!

My team have processed 10,000 refunds so far during the pandemic, and unfortunately with this level of volume they're unfortunately not able to supply weekly updates (particularly as they're spending a huge amount of time chasing airlines to have refunds prioritised).
