SCAM OF THE YEAR!
Genuenly the biggest SCAM, do not trust these thieves.
They said they would like to buy my coat and offered me £330 for it, I sent it off to them and they turned and told me they changed their mind and don’t want it and in order to get it back charged me £20. They claimed it was on the website that I had to pay for it back, I showed them multiple screenshots and videos proving that nowhere on their site exclaimed that I would be charged. They told me “either way it is our policy, you must pay or we will dispose the item regardless of your situation”.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE AT ALL!

As a business, our reputation is built entirely on trust - we only ever deal in authentic items. When items fail authentication, we cannot purchase them under any circumstances. In these cases, as clearly outlined in our terms, we charge a return fee to cover the costs we incur (shipping labels, insurance, handling, and the authentication process itself). This ensures that we can continue to provide a safe and reliable service for all of our customers.
We absolutely understand it can be disappointing if an item doesn’t pass checks, but protecting buyers and sellers through rigorous authentication is at the heart of what we do.
