I ordered something over 9 days ago and…
I ordered something over 9 days ago and paid for next-day delivery. I didn’t hear anything until I emailed them to check when I would receive it. They replied that they were waiting for a reply from Royal Mail to find the package, which took over 2 days. Still, the same issue.
If they had informed me immediately, I could have found an alternative item for my holiday.
I wouldn’t use them again, and we still don’t know where my parcel is.

I had a really good experience with LabelSource. I sold them my vintage Chanel bag. I was offered what I felt like a good price for the bag. They received the item from one day to the next, and the payment came in under 2 hours to my bank once they sent it. A very good experience and I highly recommend them. I would sell to them again.

Avoid the site!
Unfortunately, my first purchase was a disaster. I ordered a pair of shoes. Description did not say the soles are damaged and sides are practically splitting apart. I returned it immediately 1st class and tracked . My return was refused for the reason it sustained additional damages not mentioned on their description. This is a joke! I would avoid this site or be very extra careful and prepare to be hassled sending complaints and loose money. No reply on my feedback both on Instagram or thru contact us on their site. No number to call. Such a disappointment.

Overall easy enough to send item off unfortunately my item didn’t pass authentication and they charge £20 to return item so bear this in mind! I didn’t pay it as why would I want it back if it’s not real and pay £20 for the privilege of a fake! Not sure if this is a common occurrence in a hope people won’t request it back im not sure but just consider this if unsure of authentication as I could potentially of used AI like they do to confirm it so my bad in that sense.

Thank you for your review. When our team received your item (ID: 196088), our authentication specialists determined that it was unfortunately counterfeit. As per our policy, such items must be returned to the sender. However, as the return costs were not covered within the required timeframe, we were unable to hold the item in our warehouse indefinitely, and it was subsequently disposed of.
To clarify, this means we no longer have the item and it has not been listed for sale on our website. We would never sell counterfeit items, nor would we ever sell an item without paying the original seller. We do currently have other Fendi belts listed, which may look somewhat similar to yours — and this may be the cause of the confusion.
