Absolutely awful. I ordered a dryer last week online because they advertised it as A rated. It arrived and we installed it, only to find it was D rated. I emailed them on the same day we got delivery to notify them that it’s not what we ordered, I emailed them the next day, and the next day, and the next and even reached out over Facebook messenger….no response or acknowledgment from Harvey Norman for their mistake, and not even the decency to reply. It’s been 6 days and nothing. Just the worst customer experience

I ordered some products for “Click & Collect”. I heard nothing back after a week or so, and contacted HN through their online customer portal. There was no response to that query either and I had already paid for the products. I wrote another email to HN setting out my proposed course of action.
Enter David Aherne. He sorted everything out and went above and beyond my expectations. I understand things can go wrong, but it is how a company responds to these issues sets them apart from their competitors.
Harvey Norman should value employees like David. He is the difference between “never again” and repeat customers.

Latter was only negative as I had flagged difficulties with 3rd floor location and size of in situ washer/dryer, but fortunately I was able to troubleshoot that myself and got installation fee back without any difficulty.
I would certainly deal with Harvey Norman again.

The delivery on the day went very smoothly, I got the phone call early in the morning setting the time and the two workers were very efficient.
The only downside was that I had been told on the day of purchase that the delivery would be last Friday, but when I rang to confirm that, it was put off to last Tuesday.

Click an collect was a little confusing. I was directed from a desk marked "click and collect" to a staff member on the floor in the Sony Section. Staff were very helpful though.

Bought a phone in Harvey Norman Kinsale Road last week. Went back to exchange it for a different phone a few days later. That was no issue. However when I went to pay for the new phone, the young man serving me told me I was due a refund of €70. He then went away out the back for a few mins after processing my refund.
He came back out and said I actually owe €70 and he couldn’t take back the refund so I now had to pay €140 and wait a few days for the refund of €70 to make it into my account. It was a bit awkward alright but luckily I had the money in my account.
Harvey Norman is an American company. I regret buying my phone here as in hindsight, I should have supported an Irish business instead.

An email stating that my order was complete and ready for collection. However, only half the order was actually complete. I took time off work to drive 10km to collect half an order. The shop staff were incredibly helpful. Harvey Norman need to ensure an order is complete prior to sending out emails and wasting people's time and money.
