Absolutely awful. I ordered a dryer last week online because they advertised it as A rated. It arrived and we installed it, only to find it was D rated. I emailed them on the same day we got delivery to notify them that it’s not what we ordered, I emailed them the next day, and the next day, and the next and even reached out over Facebook messenger….no response or acknowledgment from Harvey Norman for their mistake, and not even the decency to reply. It’s been 6 days and nothing. Just the worst customer experience

100% stay away from this company. Just look at the amount of negative reviews. We had an awful experience. We were put in touch with Irish Life through EBS when going for our mortgage. We had a zoom meeting and while it was very informative the person we were dealing with Tim insisted on taking our bank details and assured us nothing would be activated until we had a draw down date. Well guess what?? He took our money and activated without our consent, claiming EBS was responsible for making a mistake and telling him to activate it. If there was an internal clerical error or miscommunication it had nothing to do with us the customer yet we were made to feel like we had some sort of blame in this. To make matters worse, when we went to activate our policy, he increased it by 18.5%. What sort of company does this? How can you justify an increase of that amount? He told us we either take the huge increase or we pay for months of insurance dating back to the mistake….for an account we never activated. It really felt like this person was punishing us and it was nasty. You’d think if they made a mistake they would apologise, but they actually charged us the customer for it. Awful experience. I must say that we received a follow up call from Dublin which was really positive. Morris listened to our experience which was very helpful. Nevertheless, it doesn’t change the fact that we agreed a price and they went back on the agreement at drawdown. We were cheated. Just read the other reviews….80% negativity…its companies like Irish Life that give the insurance industry a poor reputation. We all just need to keep sharing our experience to warn others. Just feel like we were taken for a ride. I would not recommend Irish Life to anybody.

Just a wonderful shopping experience for the second time. I bought my hunters from Philip morris and most recently a Barbour hat. Great selection of products and super fast delivery to Ireland. Would definitely shop from these guys again

My order was never packed/shipped. I placed my first order with this company on the 16th of March. I was so excited to try out the sauces and foods that I ordered €171 worth of different products. 15 days later, my order status was still the same as day one. Nothing packed and sent to me and no communication as to why, which I really would have appreciated. How can it take more than a few weeks to ship an order? When I contacted customer service they were really nice, sincerely apologetic and did issue me a refund so from that side of things I was really happy. I just can’t give any more stars then the bare minimum as I never got to try anything I ordered

Got a lovely message from Hanna soon after placing my first order with LLP. That was a really nice personal touch. I ordered a vogmask given the global covid 19 epidemic. My order arrived from the uk to Ireland after 6 days which was brilliant timing considering I chose regular delivery. Great customer service and I would certainly recommend buying from these guys!

I checked trustpilot before purchasing as I wasn’t sure about the website. I decided to order based on the good reviews and I was not disappointed. The perfume samples are a great idea if you are not sure what perfume you are going to get next. Packaging is simple but all you want is the scent. I got 5 samples and all were the actual perfume. Would definitely recommend. Very pleasantly surprised

Got what I ordered but delivery was promised next day if ordered by 2pm. Ordered a few hours before that at 12 noon but delivery took 2 days. Would certainly shop again for here, just be aware that next day delivery not reliable
