Terrible customer service

Was never reminded about a payment I was sure I had skipped as I am away the week of the delivery. Contacted HelloFresh just after the payment was taken. Absolutely brutal customer service. Was left on hold for over 15 mins before I eventually hung up. Every minute, an automated voicemail would come up telling me I was next in queue and someone would be with me in “30 seconds”. This went on for 15 mins.

Poor customer service

Bought a phone in Harvey Norman Kinsale Road last week. Went back to exchange it for a different phone a few days later. That was no issue. However when I went to pay for the new phone, the young man serving me told me I was due a refund of €70. He then went away out the back for a few mins after processing my refund.

He came back out and said I actually owe €70 and he couldn’t take back the refund so I now had to pay €140 and wait a few days for the refund of €70 to make it into my account. It was a bit awkward alright but luckily I had the money in my account.

Harvey Norman is an American company. I regret buying my phone here as in hindsight, I should have supported an Irish business instead.

Exceptional customer service

I purchased a new running vest for the Cork City Half Marathon 2025. I emailed the company after the race about a small quality issue and the response I received from Jaime in Customer Service was second to none. Their customer service team were such a good help. This top level of customer service is hard to find so I am very impressed with this company.

Exceptional service by Shane in Blackpool

I am highly impressed with the customer service I received in Soundstore in Blackpool, Cork City. I bought a washing machine from Shane. He was more than helpful and very accommodating with the price and warranty. He explained everything so well and made the purchase so smooth. Shane and his colleague (unsure of his name - but another lovely man) delivered the machine to my jeep and loaded it onto the back without any trouble. The service I received was exceptional, second to none. I would certainly buy from Blackpool Soundstore again based on my experience.

Biggest Scam! Watch out!!

I received an email this morning to ask for a review. Well, where do I start? If there was an option for zero stars, I’d have selected that!

I wish that I had read these reviews before getting caught by these scammers. I got done out of €140. I’m sick that I got caught😩 hopefully others will read these reviews in future and stay far far away from the deceiving, thieving and criminal people behind this scam.

Furthermore, when I asked for a refund ‘after 30 days with no success’, there was clauses to that too according to their so called ‘terms and conditions’ - which are only there to benefit their scamming tactics. Upon finally replying to my emails, they act then like they’re angels and they’ve done nothing wrong.

Peter is the backbone of this scam. He is the supervisor and Peter is a pathetic, insensitive little man with no empathy or understanding. Such a sad existence!

Be very careful and stay away from this devious SCAM!!

Stunning flowers however, not presented as expected

Flowers were stunning and delivery was prompt. However the flowers came without a box for presentation. When we took them out of the box, they were only in the plastic bag with the water so I had to source a box from elsewhere to present the flowers to my mother in law. Would probably deter me from purchasing from here again as I had to pay extra to get a box from another florist and as expected, they should have been presented well.

Can’t use the website unless you join so can’t just browse like on a normal website. Unfortunate that I couldn’t progress to purchase anything because I couldn’t even browse in the first place!
