Terrible customer service
Was never reminded about a payment I was sure I had skipped as I am away the week of the delivery. Contacted HelloFresh just after the payment was taken. Absolutely brutal customer service. Was left on hold for over 15 mins before I eventually hung up. Every minute, an automated voicemail would come up telling me I was next in queue and someone would be with me in “30 seconds”. This went on for 15 mins.
