Store staff very helpful. Pointed out promotion, cashback from AEG and helped with refund of installation fee after failed installation. Latter was only negative as I had flagged difficulties with 3rd floor location and size of in situ washer/dryer, but fortunately I was able to troubleshoot that myself and got installation fee back without any difficulty.
I would certainly deal with Harvey Norman again.
