Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful. I ordered a dryer last week online because they advertised it as A rated. It arrived and we installed it, only to find it was D rated. I emailed them on the same day we got delivery to notify them that it’s not what we ordered, I emailed them the next day, and the next day, and the next and even reached out over Facebook messenger….no response or acknowledgment from Harvey Norman for their mistake, and not even the decency to reply. It’s been 6 days and nothing. Just the worst customer experience
