Good experience
I had a great experience with Kris today while buying a TV. The deal was excellent, and Kris was calm, approachable, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience same like the experience I have had when I bought all my home furniture 7 years before ☺️ and most importantly the Delivery organised to 'MY' next available date.

It was a refreshing change to pay for the device online and then have a call advising that the item will be delivered the following week due to location, This sets the expectation and takes away the wonder of what is happening. they advised a person will call on the morning of the delivery and that actually happened, they gave me a time slot and the delivery turned up at the starting time of that time slot.
The product was as expected and the service was great.
I see great improvements in Harvey Norman since my last purchase. Well done.
