An email stating that my order was complete and ready for collection. However, only half the order was actually complete. I took time off work to drive 10km to collect half an order. The shop staff were incredibly helpful. Harvey Norman need to ensure an order is complete prior to sending out emails and wasting people's time and money.

I've tried twice this week to buy a set of speakers from this store. The first time though it appeared on their website the speaker was not available. That's fine, disappointed but we move on. The second time I pay for the speakers, everything seems fine and then, the next day, I get an email saying that this store charges "per speaker" ! You really couldn't make it up. So they go on to say that this is the standard in Poland, but they do change the website information on the speaker I bought to reflect the new price which means it didn't even make sense to them. This isn't the end of our tale. They go on to try to sell me this ex demo set of speakers for more money than I can buy them from the manufacturer brand new (with free shipping !! ). So my advice, unless you live in Warsaw, don't buy from these people online. They are time wasters and their website is full of out of date and misleading information.

UPS is, without a doubt, the worst shipping service. The delivery updates on their app are pointless because they are never accurate. The deliveries are abandoned at the front door without receiving any delivery notice. They simply do not care.

Spent 40 mins talking with David. He patiently went through all the trouble shooting steps and explained why we were doing them making sure I understood the process. An engineer is to be sent out to help resolve the issue. David was superb to deal with.

I have dealt with Richer Sounds for many years. They are incredibly professional and courteous. Customer service and quality are at the core of everything they do. It's the people who work there that make the difference. The team at Richer Sounds truly deserve their 5-star rating.

The machine worked for a period and then developed loud noises while cleaning. Honitures Aftersales team initially engaged and then stopped responding after the first email which contained steps for "resolving" the issue. Honiture appears to be a pretty dishonest company to deal with. I know that on Amazon they offer incentives (free filters and brush set) to create misleading/dishonest 5-star reviews and that they also run misleading "offers" which could easily be considered scams. I'd advise people not to buy any products from them as they are a nightmare to deal with when the product fails.

Almost great .. the weekend charges should be dropped. Would be a perfect 5 stars if you did this.

Dealt with Mike who made the entire experience hassle free and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The car was in superb condition on the day it was delivered and Mike followed up constantly during the process to make sure we were kept up to date. Great price and the item arrived quickly. Wasn't compatible with my PSU but that was completely my fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop. Superb.
