I purchased a electric bicycle from this company and within a year the brakes started giving problems due to low quality. After asking for help and repairs they stated that they will not cover under warranty and that it is for my own expense(this is after spending over 1k with them?)
Bad Customer service.
If you are planning on buying from them I would recommend making sure about what they actually offer.

I ordered a bike from Fatbikeskopen, but the very next day I decided to cancel my purchase. I immediately contacted Fatbikeskopen via email and WhatsApp to request a cancellation and refund. For four days, Fatbikeskopen only kept asking why I wanted to cancel, without offering any real help or solution.
After one week, Fatbikeskopen finally accepted my cancellation and refund request, and I received an official email confirming that my refund would be processed within 14 days. Normally, such a refund should take much less time, but even after a week, I still had not received my money. When I contacted Fatbikeskopen again, the response I received was extremely unprofessional — I was told that everything was already written in the previous email and that I should stop messaging.
I felt completely disrespected by Fatbikeskopen. Despite waiting patiently as instructed, Fatbikeskopen then shipped the cancelled bike to the wrong address, which is absolutely unacceptable.
This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Fatbikeskopen appears to be managed by a few irresponsible individuals acting like scammers. The company ignores all customer messages, provides no support, and still has not refunded my payment.
I am now preparing to file an official complaint against Fatbikeskopen with the Consumer Protection Authority and will proceed with all necessary legal actions.

My Personal Experience with Fatbikeskopen (Netherlands)
A perfect and wonderful bike. If you receive it work . and the company grants you the right to a warranty and repair.
On February 25, 2025, I purchased an Engwe EP-2 Pro electric bike (750 watts) from Fatbikeskopen.
Upon receipt and installation, I discovered that the bike had been non-functional since day one.
I contacted the company several times, requesting a repair or replacement, but received no meaningful response.
I also requested the original invoice and written warranty, but my request was ignored—even though this is my legal right. They refused because the warranty is included in the invoice, so I could not claim the warranty.
I wrote my review, and the company's concern for the review was different. They contacted me after my negative review of their service and asked me to change my negative review in exchange for assistance. I refused and requested that it be repaired first to add a correction to my rating. I did not fully trust their handling of the issue.
The bike remained at their branch for over two months without repair, even at my own expense. They refused to provide or even sell me the necessary parts at my own expense, even through their local branch. This was due to my explicitly negative review.
After numerous attempts, I found and purchased the broken part from Italy and the screen from the Amazon app.
After all these expenses, the bike didn't work properly. The screen was mismatched, and a matching screen could only be found at the company itself.
No warranty. No repair. And a monopoly on parts.
The specifications are unclear. But it's not 750 w .
I ordered it for 750. What matters to me is that the bike works even if it is 250wat. The bike brand new and completely broken, screen and control broken . In addition to their refusal to give me the bill. Or fix it under warranty or even at my own expense .

The experience was a disaster. Once you make the payment, they don't respond. The screen came with damage, and I sent them an email and also via WhatsApp, but there no response. Even though a couple of days before the payment they were faster than the blink of an eye. I can't say it's a scam because I received a bike but I don't recommend it. I hope that they can do better.

I bought a bikes from them . After 2 weeks the chain fell, after 1 months the bikes stopped working all together . Told the team and they seem to not care less. If anything goes wrong u have no one to talk to . So highly nottt recommended . Bestelling #200219510966
