Wesley at the Amstelveen branch is an incredible asset to the company. His customer service is top top notch as he is incredibly friendly, goes the extra mile and is a impeccable problem solver. When my first ebike got stolen I came back to your company to purchase another one in large part because of my experience with Wesley. As he was reliable and a great ambassador for their brand and every time I had an issue he managed to solve it effectively and efficiently whilst having a great attitude towards his work, the company he works for and for the customers in the store.
I will be recommending any friends looking for an ebike to go buy from these guys due to this positive experience.
