The bike deserves 5 stars.

The order took a little longer to be fulfilled, but I expected it would take up to five weeks, and that’s exactly what happened.

I must admit, I panicked a bit after reading some of the reviews about this online store. Many people complain about poor phone communication with the company, but in my case, I didn’t experience any issues. I called the contact number on the website, fatbikeskopen, twice, and each time, I spoke with a friendly person.
When I received the bike delivery, I was pleasantly surprised. For waiting a little over two weeks, I received an extra bonus in the form of a “starter kit” and a phone mount :)
