O still don't have a working bike 10…

O still don't have a working bike 10 weeks since delivery order 1574 Naam Martin . They pretend they act when you complain on her but they do nothing. Absolutely useless , no working bike paid €900

paid a month ago, no delivery and no refund

Dear Nomabikes,

I am writing once again regarding my order #1867 placed last month, for which I paid €849.
Despite multiple attempts to contact you, I have received no delivery, refund, or clear response.

This is my final request: please refund the full amount (€849) within 24 hours from the date of this statement.

As you have already been reported to the Dutch police (aangifte oplichting), your response will be added to the case file. Failure to respond may result in further legal action and inclusion in the ongoing investigation.

I sincerely hope we can resolve this immediately without additional legal steps.

Do not use this company. None existent customer service if you have a problem.

I received a C80 mini 4 weeks ago. I have never been able to use it as it is faulty. I have contacted them several times but they just ignore the messages and emails.
The customer service is none existent. I would not recommend this company at all. I I am about to seek legal advice to get the problem sorted out. I am also going to report this to trading standards. They are quick to take the money then don't want to know. I sent all information a week ago, still no reply. If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not use this company. I have now reported them to trading standards. I will be seeing my lawyer next week.
