Great service, After a mixup with the order, which was myown fault, the bike was delivered the next day as promised. Tracking was good and the driver called me half an hour before delivery, excellent!
All the accessories arrived with the bike and well packed. A nice surprise was a box of chocolates.
The team at fatbikeskopen.nl were friendly and helpful. Communication with the team was sometimes lengthy, but they did get back to me.

Ik heb even uw order erbij gepakt en gelijk contact opgenomen om dit probleem zo snel mogelijk met u op te lossen!
Door een miscommunicatie hebben we de fiets nog niet kunnen leveren. Over een paar dagen wordt uw fiets geleverd!, tot dan!
