DON'T USE KLARNA!!! SCAMMERS !!!

DON'T USE KLARNA EVER!!! THEY PUT ME IN A VERY DIFFICULT FINANCIAL SITUATION, I DON'T EVEN HAVE MONEY TO PAY MY RENT, BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE IN PROCESSING THE PAYMENT THAT WOULD BE IN 3 INSTALLMENTS, THEY CHARGED ME IN ONE INSTALLMENT AND SAID IT WAS DUE TO SYSTEM ANALYSIS, WHAT THE ANALYSIS IS THIS? I SELECTED TO PAY IN 3 INSTALLMENTS AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME THE FULL AMOUNT TO PAY IN ONE INSTALLMENT????? SCAMMERS, LIARS!!!! THEY SAID THEY WON'T CHANGE, THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING, A BUNCH OF USELESS, SCAMMERS!

Since 11/01/2025 I have been waiting for the return payment

I did my return since 11/01/2025 and until now they didn't pay me...I really need this money and I already called 5x, it's all good with the return, however I wasn't paid yet...shame on you MediaMarkt.nl !!!
I need a solution asap!

Where is my chair?!

If you can't deliver within the timeframe shown on the website, you should change it, it's that simple. I'm really disappointed with Blacklyte, they don't even have a telephone line with the customer!!
I hope the chair is good because the customer service sucks!
I asked how I can cancel the purchase, since they can't deliver within the stipulated period I want my money back, but they don't answer me anymore, whoever does this is a scammer!!! A serious company doesn't leave the customer talking alone without answers and doesn't even have a telephone channel for the customer, a disgrace!
They gave me a tracking code that has nothing there, NOTHING!, no update! and it's already in the 5/7 of 7 business days to delivery that they show on the website. Please, give my chair at the stipulated time or my money back.

Upon reviewing the communication records with our customer service, we would like to explain that the purchase date of your chair coincided with the peak shipping season and holiday period, which indeed led to a delay in delivery. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

The GLS logistics company we use for shipping your package was on holiday from around Christmas until January 1st, with only one working day on December 30th. As a result, packages during that period may have been in the process of label creation or in transit but with slow updates. This is not the experience we wish to provide our customers, and we sincerely apologize for it.

Our usual delivery time to Europe is 3-7 days, but logistics can become particularly challenging around this time of the year. Since receiving your email, we have been actively contacting GLS to expedite the delivery of your package. Please rest assured that we will actively resolve any issues you encounter during your purchase process.

2 MONTHS TO DELIVERY! AND THEY SAY NEXT DAY!

I bought it on November 29th and until now they haven't delivered it and they don't answer the phone anymore, they sent a message postponing the delivery 4 times, even though it was supposed to be delivered on the next day as it was on the website at the time of the purchase. Delivery time: 2 months to delivery! It is not in the next day!

Worst purchase ever!!!

I am very disappointed with coolblue, I bought the Trust GXT 712 Resto Pro Gaming and it came with the seat completely crooked, a grotesque mistake, now I have to waste time disassembling and putting this crap in the box, I will waste at least 2 hours doing this, I will never buy from this site again, horrible!!! Don't be fooled by these good reviews because Trustpilot removes negative comments if the company has a premium subscription, mercenary site with no trust!
You should pay me the cost of the taxi that I will need to use, THIS IS A DISGRACE!
I will do the impossible to make everyone aware of this situation that coolblue is making me go through. SHAME ON YOU!

I PAID AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION,WHERE IS MY ORDER??? THIS IS A CRIME! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

I bought an item online through the website mediamarkt.nl and I didn't receive any confirmation of the order, but the money was deducted from my account, this is a disgrace, disrespectful to the customer, I feel robbed! I went to the store and they told me that I can only call by phone or email, I said that they don't answer me and he still didn't do anything to help me! If they don't look for me in the next few days I'll have to go to the police, because this is a crime!
I need the product at the price I paid (promotion), I await a solution as soon as possible!!!
