The team is very helpful and polite. However, the delivery date on the website did not match the date given by the team. When we purchased the bike (Engwe L20) on the website, it was shown in stock, but after waiting two weeks, we still hadn't received it. We purchased the L20 Engwe, and when we learned that the L20 Boost was in stock, we exchanged the product. I'm waiting for the product to arrive! Thank you!
