BEWARE of this company when a buying a…

BEWARE of this company when a buying a bike online. They are in no way connected to physical stores. They only take the payment, but dont deliver any bike. I have been waiting for my bike more than 2 months. Everytime I get some silly excuse for not delivering it. In fact I already changed bike twice in the hope that they will deliver it soon. But it turns out that they actually have no inventory. They always ask you to make additional payment for changing the bike. When you ask them about status, they have no clue. Everytime a new support agent takes over in email or WhatsApp chat and he will have no idea about what was discussed before. More than 1600 euros lost and I have given up hope for the bike. Waiting to start legal proceedings.
[update] Eventually got the bike at the store. But customer support did not know where it was.
