Fast delivery, after-sale communication can be improved
The delivery was quick, but there was an issue with the rear brake cable, which turned out to be damaged. After reaching out to them, they promptly sent a replacement brake along with compensation.
I'm really happy with the bike overall—it's very nice and easy to ride.
I do hope they improve their after-sales communication, as that's such an important part of the customer experience.
