Prime day deals discounted a set of headphones below what I paid for them the day before, and they (within an hour) price matched with no questions asked. Generally great quality of products, been using my Drop X Sennheiser HD58X Jubilees for 4 or 5 years now with only a replacement cable required.
My keycaps were defective and didn't fit my keyboard layout. Drop solved everything for me in a short time. The quality is good, and their customer service is excellent.
Made an order and cancel it before shipment. They returned my money asap and was really Quick to answer a follow up e-mail reguarding a different matter.
Now i’m just waiting for an other run of the Noctua keycaps 🙏
Do not purchase anything made by Drop, especially their keyboards. I was foolish enough to buy two boards from them, and they have both had issues with chattering/ghosting/repeating keys. My last experience with customer service, they made no effort to help me resolve it. They directed me to update the firmware...but the firmware they provided is in a file type their software doesn't even recognize! They then essentially told me to figure it out myself. Do not purchase from them!
**Edit: I have changed the review from 1 to 2 stars, and removed the implication of legal action, as this review motivated them to reach out and resolve the issue. That said, my opinion of the company has not changed.

Due to a mistake at our national forwarder my headphone has been sent back. Customer service made a quick refund. Great service!
Ordered a nice pair of headphones from Drop and they delivered it super fast and in safe condition. They were also incredibly nice and price adjusted the headphones, after purchase, when their price dropped! Definitely buying more gear form here!
I ordered a SHIFT V2 Mechanical Keyboard from the drop.com site.The keyboard had a chattering issue (repeating the same keys without pressing them like aaaaa, uuuuu etc) and stop taking input until you unplug and re-plug it in. They only have a 30 day return window, and by the time I acted on it (I was busy and this was for my home machine) they would only exchange for the same item. I did that two more times and both keyboards had the same exact issues. I've been using other keyboard manufacturers without issue (Dell, Glorious and Ducky). I know that the problem isn't my Win 11 system. I asked for an exception to the return policy and get a different keyboard of similar value, but they flatly refused. Never again will I buy from this company.
They just ghost you and refuse to give a refund even though you never receive the package. They've been following this business practice for a very long time so if you order from them it is 100% your fault. You've been warned.

Ordered the balrog spacebar in October of 2024, item arrived May of 2025 just for it to fit my keyboard, however does not work when pressing in the spacebar because it just gets stuck and does not raise back up and I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and doubt I will be shopping there again after purchasing multiple key caps
They don't lie when they say the return process is Hassle-Free, only returned my 6XX because it didn't have the soundstage I was looking for. They sounded great otherwise

Yikes, I don't think I will be back. I have only shopped a couple times when Drop was MassDrop but now it's abysmal. Complicated and poorly laid out website, chat is essentially a really badly programmed bot, need to wait to set up a return, even though they say it's easy, you have to email them, is this 1999? Like it should be basic, log in, click order, set up return. Downright abysmal. Not to mention the product I bought, the BMR1 speakers were really really bad for the money. I mean they are worse than my $20 Creative Pebbles yet $100 more? Crazy just looking cool isn't enough, you have to deliver the good man.
I placed an order at Drop on January 10, it was planned as a birthday gift to my boyfriend. The package was transferred to DHL to be shipped to Bulgaria. At first everything seemed fine, the tracking system showed the package movement but then on March 3 the package stopped at "held at customs" in Bulgaria and never moved anywhere. I contacted Drop support and they said that my package is likely to be lost in transit and suggested sending another one (at this point my bf birthday had already long time passed). Okay, they sent another package and guess what? It got stuck at the same stage!! I contacted support again and received a copypaste of their previous letter about lost package and suggestion to send a new one (so that it will stuck as well I guess)
So it has been 70+ days since I ordered a product from Drop. I get that they must be very rich and willing to toss around their products like it's nothing, but that is definetely not a way to provide services. Or there was never a package in the first place and I was just simply scammed.
Contacted support once again with a demand to either change a shipping company or make a refund and they keep ghosting me so I'm not sure I'll be able to receive my money back.

I ordered a product before noticing the next day that it went on sale. I contacted support, and the next day they resolved this by issuing a refund for the difference.
I frequently check this site for deals and appreciate the feedback provided by their consumers. Recently I purchased two new headsets a few days apart and the second set. This morning I noticed their was a 20$ difference in price in the set I had just ordered. I emailed their support after using their AI and they issued a partial refund of 20$ within an hr. It's still in process, but that is no different than any other refund I've recieved from major companies in recent history (2-3 months)
The customer support was clear, direct, and prompt. After suggesting a few possible ways of correcting the problem with the keyboard, they immediately suggested a replacement. Easy, quick, and courteous, with a good outcome.
Ordered headphones I thought I would love but they unfortunately they didn't fit my head comfortably. Reached out to Drop and they gave me a return slip and refund no questions asked, 10/10.
