Before the switch from massdrop to drop, there were tons of products and communities available. Lately the variety and selection of products has significantly decreased, including many of the communities for which I joined in the first place.

Ordering and drop fulfillment has remained consistently positive. It's just that now there's so much less to buy.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and my car was safely stored during my trip. I gave 4 stars because, as a first time user of this service, navigating the process was confusing, there was little information to guide me on the website, and I probably would have been totally lost if not for the helpful staff.
