Overpriced now due to tariffs

Overpriced now due to tariffs. Got an Antec Core HS (AyaNeo Slide) for $369, but shipping was $55 which is insane. It says you have to pay tariffs, I assumed that the $55 was already factoring in tariffs, it was not, just got a bill from UPS for $74 for tarrifs. Basically the price blew up 30% due to outrageous shipping costs, and tariffs. Pretty much done with this company and I have been using them since the early 2000s. Oh and not to mention the fact that they don't even try to provide any information or clarification of pricing or tariffs because they don't want you to be turned away so quickly. Learn from my expensive mistake, look at the 2nd hand market or just a different company.

I have been using Whatnot heavily for a…

I have been using Whatnot heavily for a few months and it's been a mixed bag. Multiple counterfeit items, missing items, and poor customer service. They only refund, no returns, no in between, no conversation just a generic AI response from their CS bots. Overall I don't recommend, and I have gotten some good deals on here, but the lack of vetting their sellers, their robotic AI service and responses, lack of options, poor interface, it's just a hard sell and will turn most sour after their first purchase or two.

They literally replied to my review with an AI response. You can't make this stuff up lol

Hysterically Bad Customer Service...

This is hysterical, Door Dash used to be good, but then they switched to AI customer service and they use an algorithm that literally doesn't make sense.

I used their retail door dash, I was delivered the wrong item, I ordered a recycling bin, received a trash can. I was told I could return it to the store for a refund...what did I actually just pay for? For someone (they contract and pay) to deliver the wrong item and then pay for it and tip $10 for this service? Insane, I contacted them, DENIED online, used chat, DENIED called them, DENIED.

So basically I paid them to deliver the wrong item, which is considered an unsolicited good, and now I have to contact my credit card company to do a chargeback.

Customer of over 20+ years...

I have been with PayPal since their advent because they were mandatory to use with eBay and I have been with eBay for over 25 years plus. Anyways, they have just gotten worse and worse and worse as time goes on. I think they have made all of their processes automated now for the most part, their website is harder to use then ever, it's just a company that hasn't kept up with modern technology or services.

Scam website

Scam website. Uploaded a video of myself reviewing the website and got 50 coins. Ended up getting the coins and buying 25 single coin scratchees. Site glitched and I ended up with 23 scratchees and 0 coins. How does that work? I would understand duplicate orders but not even that. Contacted their customer service and Larry did nothing. He simply stated they can't help and don't see anything yet it's clear as day on my account history if you understand basic math.

This happened with promotional coins... imagine if you spent money on this site and this happened? The real gamble here is trusting this fly by night site to honor anything.

Yikes

Yikes, I don't think I will be back. I have only shopped a couple times when Drop was MassDrop but now it's abysmal. Complicated and poorly laid out website, chat is essentially a really badly programmed bot, need to wait to set up a return, even though they say it's easy, you have to email them, is this 1999? Like it should be basic, log in, click order, set up return. Downright abysmal. Not to mention the product I bought, the BMR1 speakers were really really bad for the money. I mean they are worse than my $20 Creative Pebbles yet $100 more? Crazy just looking cool isn't enough, you have to deliver the good man.

Whenever I forget why I avoid places

Whenever I forget why I avoid places, they always seem to remind me. Macy's is one such retailer. I ordered a suit online, 50L, and I was anxious for it to arrive because I need to get it hemmed before a wedding. Well it arrived and I tried on the suit pants, my biggest concern, they fit and were as expected. Then I tried on the jacked and it felt incredibly small, low and behold they sent me the right size pants but someone switched out the coat jacket with a size 44R! So I chatted with Macy's online support, obviously outsourced to another country, and they said I would get a prepaid label for a return and they would expedite shipping for the replacement, no email about shipping, I contacted Macy's again the next day, while on the chat I get a refund notification from PayPal, the support now says they don't have it in stock, so ultimately I have to spend my time with their inept customer service and now going to UPS to return the wrong item. Terrible waste of time before, during and after sale. I will go back to avoiding this retailer as they don't provide the bare minimum or even acknowledge their mistakes.

Sony, UPS, or Apathy...or maybe all three!

I'm not sure if Sony contracts with a middle man companies to handle online PS Direct orders or not, but if they don't then they have some serious housekeeping to do. Ordered a PS5 Slim, item said it would arrive by Sept 4th, I followed the tracking and it says that it's supposed to come next day, I was excited, then I watched in my house camera as the UPS man pulled up to my house and then waited in the truck for 5 or so minutes and never got out. He then drove off. I followed up, said the PS5 would be delivered the next day...nobody came. Then nothing, the tracking hasn't updated in a week and just says "in processing". I reached out to Sony since it's past the delivery date and asked for a refund, their staff was a mixed bag in terms of communication and service, essentially, I had to constantly contact Sony chat to get their "escalations" team to actually respond to an email. I also had to nudge them to get a refund process started for the undelivered (maybe never shipped) item. It was pretty abysmal honestly, it lacked efficiency, dignity, and responsibility. I also never once received any sort of apology for this experience as if a customer ordering a $500 plus item was merely a nuisance or annoyance to deal with. It's offensive since I have been a PS customer since the PS One and I have dumped 10s of thousands into their hardware and software over 25+ years. I'm kind of done, and I'm too old to support this kind of behavior and this kind of company.

Ordered their keyboard from Newegg on eBay. Expecting delivery any day and then I get a recalled package notification on my UPS tracking. I contacted Newegg and they said the seller, who I now assume is mountain, recalled the package for some unknown reason. Pretty much guaranteeing I will never buy their products.

Meh...

Best eyeglass company I have used for online orders. My items are usually delivered in 10 days or less, items are always as specified as long as YOU the customer gets your details correct when ordering you will be very happy with them. Just make sure your frame measurements are correct and that you have the right IDP and prescription, beyond that you are gold with Abbe!


Eh I updated, been problematic as of late, bad customer service and arse return policy. They mess up and you pay. Cheap but expensive if you keep getting poor quality products you have to return

Mattress Return is a stress inducing nightmare

I returned my mattress on March 4th and haven't received a refund yet. I have contacted customer service multiple times and literally received different answers. First I was told to wait 48 hours, NOTHING, then I was told it could take 3 weeks, NOTHING, then 30 days, now 50 days, Walmart's own policy says 10 business days on credit cards. This company is an absolute disaster these days. Outsourced canned answer spewing customer service reps, broken AI chat, obvious internal communication and processing errors. Just a joke and you wonder why Amazon is dominating? Iron out the basics or fail in the future.

Not sure why there are negative reviews for this company. I ordered a wi-fi / bluetooth component for my Xbox One X, item was affordable (even more affordable than Chinese competitors!). Item arrived super quick and was well packaged. I will be shopping here FIRST for my repair needs in the future...keep up the great work!

Absolute Nightmare of a company to deal…

Absolute Nightmare of a company to deal with, inept would be just scraping the surface with them. They literally have inefficacy and miscommunication ingrained in their very being. I am glad that I have chosen to move my assets from them to Fidelity, it was my original intention, but all Charles Schwab did was confirm that I was making the right choice, but not without using my corpse to rake the coals of hell first.

One of the worst companies I have ever…

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service, poor internal and external communication, just completely absent. They have cut their internal budget so much that it has decimated their ability to perform basic functions. This is a perfect example of how greed and destroy an entire company. If their cutthroat contracts didn't keep them attached like a parasite they wouldn't even exist in a normal competitive market where choice is an option.

Abysmal is the only word to sum up my…

Abysmal is the only word to sum up my experience with this company. First and foremost, I have been playing games, starting with Nintendo ironically for 30+ years. I have never had to use a warranty repair before with the 30-40 consoles and handhelds I have owned. That being said my Nintendo Switch OLED died on me randomly after charging, died after 7 months of minimal usage so I began my decent into Hell with Nintendo Customer Service.

First I contacted them and they told me it was $158 for repair without warranty, I provided my receipt proving my warranty thanks to Gamestop's good customer service I was able to retrieve it. Then I shipped off my system, repairs were non-existent as they decided to provide me with a refurbished replacement claiming power issues. That's fine, not ideal, but fine. I lost all of my saved data (but they do not promise this and I have the Nintendo Cloud thankfully which you have to pay $30 a year for sadly). Fine enough. The process took a little over two weeks, really can't complain here, but what was annoying was the hand holding efforts that I had to put forth to get the information associated with my repair. It took multiple phone calls to get updates, and verify all is well.

Now I was just checking my credit card statement and I see that they charged me $158 after providing an uploaded receipt, and providing a printed out copy along with my repair. I was just going to do a chargeback with my credit card company, but instead decided to call Nintendo Customer Service and here I am dealing with their incompetence.

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. Out of maybe 10 or so interactions with them, I'm always left unsatisfied and my issues are left unresolved. I truly dislike Target.com. I hear that the website is run by a different entity than the stores. I tend to enjoy my in-store experiences at least but I also tend to shop at amazon and walmart more often due to the experience online.

I remember shopping on Amazon when it was good many years ago. My last customer service interactions with them, probably the last five or so for varying reasons, have been negative. When Amazon gets it right, fast shipping and a good price, they are the best, but when they get it wrong, they are the worst. It's hard to give them anything other than a one because they are basically an artificial intelligence, so the robot gets high scores but the people behind the curtains get the one star.
