The products are as expected, website is easy to navigate, and the company is quick to respond to issues and comments. They are slowly moving away from the user-submitted group buy format though, which brought me here in the first place. The Drop branded items are more pricey than alternatives, but I'm not discounting the quality of those items. The ones I've purchased are quite polished and well designed.
