Great customer service. You were very helpful and I appreciate your assistance but unfortunately the waistbands are just too tight.

Love everything except two things. The waistband is a little too tight but the underware fit so maybe the band will give a little over time. The color wasn’t as pictured. They are still great other than those two items.

Drop has many good things to entice people like myself to shop there. I’ve been extremely disappointed with customer service as being dismissive. They seem to care less when customers have an issue. Prices have gone up on just about every item I have been interested in. When taxes were added to purchases Drop didn’t advise customers that this was going to happen. To me Drop knew what States was going to start collecting taxes and they knew when but didn’t advise customers. I contacted customer service and never even got a response which is sometimes the norm. No response as apposed to say Sorry we made a mistake. When products have issues getting support is also non existent sometimes. I wished they would provide phone contact support so that they could actually respond to customer concerns.
