Good deals to be had, if you keep an eye out got them. Customer service has always been responsive to me, but keep in mind: their lead times are long, and often stretch longer than expected.

Always read the comments though; you'll occasionally learn of a product problem that way (from earlier drops, or other buyers), and sometimes find a better deal too.
