Valued Customer

Communication is on the slow side but i haven't had any issues once I've gotten hold of customer service. Product side, while shipping has been slow, I've been happy with all the products I've received, and all support I've received. Community has shifted quite a bit and transparency related to this is appreciated. It's never good when large scale changes were made, but I had to find out about it by looking through the site. As is, I'm not sure what this site is trying to be anymore, but I still engage, albeit not as much.
