I have had good experiences with my orders and the customer service for the most part. The only issues that i have had are when orders are delayed and there is no word on when an order is expected to ship for a week or so. It has happened to me at least 3 times i ordered something. I would say that more transparency about orders and their expected shipping window be shared with customers. I really do love all the of the drop audiophile gear keep up the good work gathering quality equipment at low prices.
